Assistant Residential Director

Who We Are Looking For: Are you the Assistant Residential Director we have been looking for? In this position, you will be able to convey your passion for helping others with a dynamic team by bringing an energetic and positive approach while working with our students! The Walden Street School is a residential treatment setting for adolescents that specializes intraumainformed care.Walden provides 24-hour comprehensive care including a school on site, a full clinical staff, nursing staff, and direct care staff. Compensation The pay range for this position is $55,000 to $65,000 per year. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future. Due to the nature of our work and the youth who are depending on us, there are times where overtime may be mandated. JRI Provides Training So That: YOU will be able to assist in oversight of the Residential Department with the Residential Director and provide care and treatment of our students. YOU will be able to assist in ensuring all Residential systems are being followed and completed on a daily basis and provide on call coverage. YOU will be able to provide constant oversight of scheduling procedures; staffing ratios are being met at all times and provide accountability and disciplinary action decisions as needed for all Residential Staff. YOU will be able to lead residential meetings and trainings, and runs residential shifts when needed. Why JRI? Be who you are! Experience at the supervisory or management level in residential setting required. Maintains valid driver’s license as transporting clients is required. Available to work evenings, holidays, weekend shifts as required.
