Assoc Director, Marketing Sciences

Gilead Sciences seeks an Associate Director of Marketing Sciences to lead analytics strategy for pharmaceutical marketing campaigns. This role involves designing measurement frameworks, implementing marketing mix modeling and attribution analysis, and providing data-driven insights to optimize media performance and ROI across digital and traditional channels.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement marketing mix modeling strategies to measure effectiveness across channels and optimize budget allocation
- Define campaign objectives, KPIs, and develop comprehensive performance metrics and reporting frameworks
- Drive adoption of multi-touch attribution frameworks to accurately measure customer journey touchpoints
- Develop test-and-learn strategies, analyze results, and present actionable insights to stakeholders
- Manage relationships with media agencies and third-party measurement partners for accurate data capture
Requirements
- 10+ years experience with bachelor's degree, or 8+ years with master's degree or MBA
- Strong background in marketing analytics, marketing mix modeling, and multi-touch attribution
- Expertise in A/B testing, digital analytics, and media performance measurement
- Knowledge of MarTech platforms, data management, and digital identity solutions
- Proficiency in statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimentation design
- Strong data visualization, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
