Required Skills & Experience: 3+ years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Program Coordination, or a related role supporting business or technology initiatives. Strong experience managing project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including project tracking, status reporting, and data analysis. Experience creating executive-facing PowerPoint presentations and project communications. Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive accountability across teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting Cybersecurity, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Risk Management, Audit, Compliance, or Technology Transformation initiatives. Understanding of cybersecurity governance and risk management concepts. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. PMP, CAPM, CSM, or other project management certifications.

Job Description: We are seeking a GRC Project Manager to support the Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) organization during its annual strategy refresh and planning initiatives. This individual will serve as a central coordination point across multiple cybersecurity teams, driving project execution through effective planning, stakeholder communication, reporting, and deliverable management.

Key Responsibilities: Maintain and manage integrated project plans, including milestones, dependencies, risks, action items, and key deadlines. Coordinate project activities across Cybersecurity teams to ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time. Track progress, identify risks and roadblocks, and drive follow-up actions with stakeholders. Develop and distribute stakeholder communications outlining project expectations, required actions, timelines, and next steps. Create and maintain Excel-based reports, trackers, dashboards, and status summaries. Prepare executive-level presentations and leadership updates using PowerPoint. Facilitate project governance activities and support leadership decision-making through reporting and documentation. Ensure alignment and visibility across multiple workstreams during the Cyber GRC strategy refresh.
