Winston Salem/ Charlotte NC (initial two weeks onsite then remote work)

Job Description

Within the Wholesale Imaging Systems and Document Management area of Wholesale, responsibilities will include leading engineering efforts to support installations, configurations, and maintenance of the groups ECM/BPM solution. Specific responsibilities for this position will be administration and daily support of the Kofax applications including Capture, KTM, KCNS and KCS .

• Drive internal processes for installing, configuring, tuning, capacity planning and maintaining application systems. Participates in testing and installing new software releases, and application system upgrades. Assists with monitoring and fine-tuning the application system to achieve optimum performance levels. Develops and maintains comprehensive supporting documentation required by the department and project related activities. Drives application system problem resolution by working with application developers, vendor, and internal infrastructure team members to troubleshoot.

• Individual will also be responsible for to communicating, documenting and presenting to both technical and non-technical staff and management at all levels of the organization.

• This will include on-call responsibilities.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years application support experience

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting Kofax Capture products

• 5+ years of experience with Windows

• 3+ years of experience with Oracle / SQL Server

• 3+ years of experience installing, configuring and supporting scan stations

• Exposure to and familiarity with multiple systems environments, firewalls, mass storage and networking

• Performance tuning and capacity planning

• Experience with large complex technical projects

• Effective troubleshooting and problem resolution

• Adapt priorities to maintain multiple in-progress assignments

• Off-hours support for planned changes and participation in an on-call rotation are required

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written

• Strong sense of urgency including self-governance on task priority

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of ECM experience

• Experience with FileNet P8 4.5+, Documentum

• Kofax modules – KC, KTM, KCIC, KCS, KCNS, VRS , KTA

• High availability and disaster recovery concepts, design and implementation

• Kofax Capture certification

• Experience with F5 load balancers

• Knowledgeable of virtual hosting environment
