Escrow Assistant

In this role you will work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting supporting our Escrow team in a variety of ways including customer support and administrative duties. This position plays a key role in making the dream of home ownership a reality. This is an in-office position located at 2010 Jimmy Durante Blvd., Suite 110, Del Mar, CA.
What You'll Do:
- Assist in the escrow process, such as opening orders, reading title commitments, and taking necessary steps to clear title
- Communicate regularly with customers during the escrow process flow
- Interpret various agreements as they relate to escrow closings
- Working with a variety of technologies to enable escrow transactions, assisting customers to ensure a phenomenal customer experience

- Knowledge of MS Office suite and ability to quickly adapt to new software applications and technologies
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years escrow-related experience preferred
Pay Range: $20.32 - $27.00
First American will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest or conviction records, in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws.
