Duties:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing excellent customer service and personalized assistance.
• Manage hotel reservations using property management systems (PMS) such as SynXis Property Hub or similar platforms, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person, offering prompt solutions and information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Check guests in and out swiftly while maintaining professional phone etiquette and communication standards.
• Assist with night audit procedures, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy.
• Enforce hotel emergency procedures, including safety protocols and guest safety measures during incidents or evacuations.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, reservations, and incidents to support property management systems (PMS) documentation.

Skills:

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to problem-solve efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively.
• Experience with hospitality management software such as SynXis Property Hub or other property management systems (PMS) is preferred.
• Knowledge of front desk operations within hotel management environments, including reservation handling and guest relations.
• Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest well-being at all times.
• Excellent phone communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette for handling inquiries and reservations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
• Resort experience or background in hotel experience enhances your ability to deliver exceptional guest services.
