Lab Technician

Our client, a leader in the materials testing industry, is seeking a Lab Technician to join their team. As a Lab Technician, you will be part of the Research and Development department supporting innovative testing and analysis projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Lab Technician (6-month contract)

Location: Eden Prairie, MN

Pay Range: $25/hr.

What's the Job?

• Perform mechanical, electrical, and thermal properties testing of thermal interface materials and coatings

• Evaluate, collect, and accurately record experimental data

• Participate in organizing and executing experiments following established procedures

• Summarize and report results using laboratory notebooks and presentation tools

• Utilize computer software to input data, create charts, and communicate project findings effectively

What's Needed?

• Experience with laboratory testing and data collection

• Strong organizational and documentation skills

• Ability to work independently with initiative and responsibility

• Proficiency in using computer applications for data entry and reporting

• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or thermal testing methods is a plus
