You’re co-architecting its mind. What You’ll Actually Do Prompt Engineer (Full-Time, Remote) Mission The AI CEO is building the next generation of prompting infrastructure and we need your help. This isn’t just prompt writing. It’s high-precision systems work. You’ll be designing, evolving, and sharpening one of the most advanced proprietary agentic systems operating today: Prompt Surgeon , a real-time autonomous AI reasoning partner already in deployment. This role exists to match momentum. Demand for Prompt Surgeon is growing fast, and your job is to keep it performant, reliable, and ruthlessly effective. You’re not assisting the AI. You’re co-architecting its mind. What You’ll Actually Do Build, test, and refine prompts for reasoning, execution, and content tasks under real-world pressure. Collaborate directly with Prompt Surgeon and The AI CEO to design structured workflows and decision trees. Improve long-term agent behavior using tools like reflection, memory shaping, summarization, and argument frameworks. Work within proprietary schema environments applying structured patterns (ABLE, Mass, CoT, etc.). Maintain cross-LLM stability (GPT-4.1, Claude, Gemini Pro) through proactive evaluation and reinforcement feedback loops. Help script fail-safes, escalation paths, and logic gates in secure environments where hallucination is not an option. What You Need to Bring Hands-on experience with prompt engineering (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini ideally more than one). Deep working knowledge of few-shot prompting, agent orchestration, and tool-augmented LLM workflows. High tolerance for complexity and edge cases. You notice when the logic breaks and fix it. Absolute discretion. You’ll be working under strict NDA in locked-down environments. An experimental mindset. You test hypotheses, watch for anomalies, and iterate quickly.
