Requisition SummaryPACCAR Parts is seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Product Owner (PO) to drive solutions for PACCAR’s Repair and Maintenance Information (RMI) platform that supports dealers, customers, and internal team members. In this vital role, you will help execute a program launch for RMI, support the Aftersales Technology portfolio by translating business requirements into platform enhancements and integrations, and maintain the RMI ecosystem’s operational success.In coordination with their EU counterpart, the PO is responsible for defining and communicating product vision, managing and prioritizing the backlog, coordinating stakeholder alignment, and ensuring solutions deliver measurable business value. This role aligns strategic product vision with management and works closely with business leaders, technical teams, subject matter experts, scrum teams, and vendors to achieve successful application outcomes that maximize uptime, improve efficiency, and support PACCAR’s strategy objectives. Job Functions/ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with global teams to support successful RMI program launch, including workshop engagement, deployment planning, and business readiness activities.Serve as Product Owner for Global RMI and the Vehicle Information Publication System (VIPS) following product launch.Represent the business and customers in North America, Mexico, and Australia (Kenworth) throughout Global RMI product lifecycle and enhancement efforts.Coordinate business priorities with EU RMI PO and facilitate alignment among regional stakeholders.Support RMI- and VIPS- enhancements and integration programs through their lifecycle.Analyze customer feedback, market trends, operational efficiency, technical debt, and business performance indicators to identify optimization opportunities.Ensure product investments support customer uptime, operational excellence, and business growth.Monitor product health, service performance, customer adoption, and application utilization.Recommend product investments and communicate product priorities, roadmap updates, risks, and delivery updates to stakeholders.Ensure product decisions support uptime, reliability, security, scalability, and customer satisfaction.Partner with architects, engineers, functional application managers, and technical leaders to define future product capabilities.Support modernization initiatives, cloud adoption activities, integration improvements, and technical debt reduction.Own and prioritize product backlogs, reprioritizing work as needed based on business value, stakeholder feedback, risks, and changing requirements.Partner with Scrum Masters or Team Coaches to develop and refine epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria, considering dynamic business requirements.Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, IT, engineering, or a related field.7+ years' experience as a product owner or support programs in the trucking or automotive industry, IT, or global companies as PO, product manager, business analyst, or related role.Demonstrated experience working with Agile development methodologies.Aftermarket systems knowledge, such as eCat, Teamcenter, ServiceNet, or Engine RMIAbility to manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholder groups.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Technical aptitude and ability to succinctly communicate complicated topics.Ability to perform in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.Exceptional organization, attention to detail and time management skills.MS Office, Adobe Suite, and Sharepoint experience.Continuous improvement and learning to support the evolution of our department.Motivated to provide high-quality technical products for customers and dealers.Strong written and verbal communicationPreferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in a related field.Direct experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, program or project lead, or similar business-facing technology roles.CSPO or PSPO product owner certifications.Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation.Experience supporting enterprise applications or customer-facing technology solutions.Knowledge of Agile tools and backlog management platforms such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or comparable systems.Experience or training in Six SigmaAbility to travel up to 40%, domestic and internationalAdditional Job Board InformationPACCAR Benefits: As a U.S. PACCAR employee, you have a full range of benefit options including: 401k with up to a 5% company match Fully funded pension plan that provides monthly benefits after retirement Comprehensive paid time off - minimum of 10 paid vacation days (additional days with additional seniority/years of service), 12 paid holidays, and sick time Tuition reimbursement for continued education Medical, dental, and vision plans for you and your family Flexible spending accounts (FSA) and health savings account (HSA) Paid short and long-term disability programs Life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance EAP services including wellness plans, estate planning, financial counseling and more This position is eligible for a holiday gift Salary Range:At PACCAR, we value talent and promote growth and development. We carefully consider numerous compensation factors including your education, training, or experience. The salary range for this position is $119,100 - $168,300 annually.
