Visual Communication Specialist
FASTSIGNS Kent | Full-Time | MondayFriday | 8:30 AM5:00 PM

FASTSIGNS Kent is looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Visual Communication Specialist to join our energetic crew.
This is a customer-facing role where you'll help local businesses with signage projects, prepare estimates, manage orders, and keep projects moving from start to finish. If you enjoy working as part of a tight-knit team and can communicate effectively between customers, graphic designers, production staff, and installers to keep projects on track, you'll fit right in.

This is not a graphic design position.

What You'll Do
Create a positive first impression for walk-in, phone, and email customers
Prepare estimates, work orders, and project documentation
Coordinate customer projects from initial inquiry through production
Build relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service
Use HubSpot CRM and other software tools to manage customer information and opportunities
Work closely with our production and installation teams to ensure projects stay on track

What We're Looking For

2+ years of customer service, inside sales, project coordination, or related experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable learning new software and systems
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects at once
Customer-first mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
Proactive, reliable, and able to anticipate customer and team needs
Professional, positive, and confident when communicating in person, by phone, and through email
