Full‑Time Project Manager in Design‑Build Firm New York, In‑Office / On‑Site About Us Evolution Group is a New York–based interior remodeling company specializing in high‑end residential renovation projects. We deliver premium kitchen, bathroom, and full‑apartment renovations, combining design, construction, and project management to create exceptional spaces for our clients. We are a fast‑growing design‑build firm looking for a responsible, organized, and detail‑oriented Project Manager who can oversee renovation projects, communicate with clients, and ensure that each project is executed according to the approved plan, timeline, and quality standards. Position Type: Full‑Time Location: New York, in‑office and on‑site Responsibilities Manage residential renovation projects from planning through completion. Meet with clients, understand their needs, and maintain clear communication throughout the project. Coordinate and supervise designers, assign project‑related tasks, and track their completion. Review design materials, drawings, selections, and project details to ensure accuracy and consistency. Visit job sites regularly to check progress, verify details, and ensure the work matches the approved design and scope. Communicate project updates between clients, designers, office staff, and field teams. Monitor project timelines, priorities, and deadlines. Identify issues early and help resolve them quickly and professionally. Support company leadership in improving project workflow, client experience, and internal processes. Ensure high standards of quality, organization, communication, and professionalism on every project. Requirements Strong communication and client‑facing skills. Experience in project management, interior design, construction, renovation, or real estate is strongly preferred. Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at the same time. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to coordinate designers, contractors, vendors, and internal team members. Understanding of renovation processes, design documentation, materials, and job site coordination is a strong plus. Ability to read or review drawings, plans, layouts, and design presentations is preferred. Responsible, proactive, and able to follow through without constant supervision. Problem‑solving mindset and ability to perform under pressure. Professional appearance and strong business communication. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle client expectations professionally. Must be based in New York and available for in‑office work and site visits. We are looking for someone responsible, organized, detail‑oriented, stress‑resistant, proactive, and capable of managing both people and processes.
