Responsibilities Business Ownership Lead the retail team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals while driving employee engagement and fostering a collaborative selling environment. Assess and strategize key performance indicators such as conversion, units per transaction, and sales per hour. Use company tools to evaluate business performance, celebrate wins, and address improvement areas. Team Management Recruit, hire, pay, and terminate all levels of store personnel, ensuring a strong focus on talent development. Manage employee relations, coaching, and conflict resolution while enforcing Beyond Yoga and LSCo. operating policies. Facilitate onboarding and training, covering culture, product knowledge, selling culture, and responsibilities. Coach staff to enhance knowledge and create succession plans for promotion. In‑Store Experience & Operations Manage payroll plans and store schedules to align staffing with sales patterns. Maintain inventory accuracy, price changes, and ticketing while preventing loss through education and observation. Execute visual merchandising standards and adapt displays based on layout and store needs. Plan and direct floor replenishment to support a compelling customer experience. Community & Culture Build relationships that embrace individuality and foster a culture of diversity and inclusion. Collaborate with the Home Office to plan and execute local community events that drive brand engagement. Serve as a brand ambassador embodying Beyond Yoga’s core values. Qualifications Progressive retail leadership experience with proven skills in supervision, coaching, and training. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical stamina to lift up to 40 lbs and perform tasks such as standing, walking, kneeling, and climbing ladders. Reliable transportation. High school diploma or GED preferred. Compensation The salary range for this role is $59,100 to $98,500 annually, varying with experience and qualifications.
