Schedule: 12-hour shifts with 1:2 patient ratio; 6 weekend shifts per 6-week period; 48-hour work weeks approved; self-scheduling

Highlights:

• Level II Trauma Center with 379 staffed beds providing acute care services
• Diverse critical care case mix including MODS, sepsis, post-cardiac arrest, stroke, respiratory failure, and complex endocrine disorders
• Epic charting system with 28 hours of comprehensive orientation
• Float to sister ICUs (SICU, CICU, NSICU) with full interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
• Advanced equipment and procedures including CRRT (Prismaflex/Prismax), Masimo hemodynamic monitoring, and chemotherapy administration
• Adult and geriatric patient population in a 16-bed unit with average daily census of 13

Requirements:

• Active RN license (Compact state license required at time of submission)
• Minimum 1 year of ICU nursing experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
• Epic charting system experience required
• Experience with 1:2 or 1:3 patient ratios
• Trauma Level I or II experience preferred
• Must be willing to float between sister ICU units
• Must commit to working 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
