Geek Squad Advanced Repair Technician

As a Geek Squad Advanced Repair Technician (Agent), you’ll work at our local Best Buy store to provide technology support and repair customers’ computers and other devices. You’ll provide excellent customer experiences by listening to their needs, partnering with other Geek Squad agents, and performing repairs through troubleshooting and following procedures. If you’re passionate about technology and ready to leverage your technical abilities to help customers get the most out of their tech, this might be the perfect role for you.
