Assistant General Manager - Hospitality Operations Leader

Broughton Group is seeking a dedicated individual to manage operations at their property in Basking Ridge, NJ. The successful candidate will be responsible for guest and employee satisfaction, financial performance, and compliance with brand standards. You will assist in developing and implementing strategies to meet business goals while leading a motivated team. A high school diploma or GED with four years of relevant experience is required, or a two-year degree with two years of experience.
