Type: Part TimeLocation: Stone Bay, Camp Lejeune, NCOvertime Exempt: NoReports To: ARMADA HQSecurity Clearance: Secret Security Clearance preferred*****************CONTINGENT UPON AWARD***************Duties & Responsibilities:Ensure curriculum content and writing assignments are organized, clear, concise, and stylistically consistent, using appropriate terminology and removing information not relevant to the lesson plan.Edit, format, and manage lesson materials, maintaining adherence to timelines.Support proofreading for Mission Success Reports (MSRs) and After-Action Reviews (AARs).Perform other duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):Intermediate knowledge of software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other web-based tools.Familiarity with general office equipment such as copiers, fax machines, and phone systems.Knowledge of standard business correspondence conventions, including grammar, structure, punctuation, and spelling at a proficient level.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in high-pressure or time-sensitive environmentsStrong attention to detail, with excellent professional verbal and written communication skills.Capability to work efficiently to meet strict timelines while maintaining quality and accuracy.Minimum/General Experience:2-4 years related experience; strong writing/editing skills.Minimum Education:HS Diploma, or equivalent Disclaimer:The above information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work to be performed.
