Chief Compliance Officer (CCO)

To establish Infra One's US operating platform, the remote Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) will design and manage the regulatory operating system, oversee SEC registration, and ensure compliance across multiple fund vehicles while directly influencing strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities Lead the SEC registration process and manage ongoing compliance for private fund advisers Design and implement compliance policies, conduct annual reviews, and respond to SEC inquiries Advise on fund structuring, GP selection, and maintain compliance monitoring across Infra One's portfolio of funds Required Qualifications 7-12 years of compliance experience at a registered investment adviser, private fund platform, hedge fund, or PE firm Deep knowledge of the Advisers Act, Reg D, Form ADV, and SEC examination standards Hands-on experience with multi-fund governance and conflicts of interest management Familiarity with custody rules, AML/KYC frameworks, and cybersecurity compliance standards Prior experience with SEC registration and Form ADV filings
