\n \nAbout the role
\nWe are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead network infrastructure upgrade initiatives within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. The ideal candidate will have strong IT project management experience along with hands-on exposure to network upgrade implementations in a GxP environment .
\nKey Responsibilities
\n• Lead network infrastructure upgrade projects from planning and execution through go-live, hyper-care, and closeout.
\n• Manage project schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables using a structured Waterfall methodology.
\n• Partner with IT, Quality, Laboratory, Manufacturing Operations, vendors, and other cross-functional teams.
\n• Coordinate network upgrade activities while ensuring alignment with pharmaceutical GxP requirements.
\n• Manage vendors and third-party partners throughout project execution.
\n• Provide onsite support during implementation and shutdown periods, including occasional weekend support when required.
\n• Utilize project management and collaboration tools such as Planview, Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, and Smartsheet .
\nQualifications
\n• 7+ years of professional experience with strong IT Project Management expertise.
\n• Proven experience implementing network upgrades within a GxP-regulated environment .
\n• Pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience required.
\n• Strong understanding of GxP practices and regulated environments .
\n• Hands-on experience with Waterfall project management .
\n• Project management experience across at least two areas such as IT, Quality, Labs, or Manufacturing Operations .
\n• Strong vendor management and cross-functional leadership skills.
\n• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Project Management, Business, or a related field.
\n• PMP certification is a plus.
