Government Relations Principal

To advance federal policy priorities, the full-time remote Government Relations Principal will support and execute government relations strategies focused on healthcare and human performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging with key stakeholders. Key responsibilities Support and execute federal government relations strategy related to healthcare and revenue policies Monitor and communicate legislative and regulatory developments impacting the business and partnerships Develop advocacy materials and build relationships with Members of Congress and federal agencies Required qualifications Background in healthcare policy, government relations, or public policy, preferably in health tech or medtech Experience engaging with Congress and federal agencies Strong understanding of the intersection of public policy and business strategy Ability to work cross-functionally and translate policy developments into actionable guidance Comfortable balancing strategic priorities with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
