Duties
- Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and relevant regulations governing employee benefits.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data privacy standards.
- Utilize payroll systems to process benefits-related transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of benefits administration activities using Microsoft Office applications.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits options, procedures, and policies.
- Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate benefit deductions and contributions.
- Monitor benefits program performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and compliance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in benefits administration or related HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance standards related to employee benefits.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience working with payroll systems is preferred.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively assist employees and collaborate with team members.
