Job Description

Shift: Days

Status: 40 hours per week

Ready to be the backbone of our lab operations? Here's what you'll be doing:

• Master the Lab Flow: Process orders, track specimens, and manage materials with precision—you'll be the go-to person keeping everything moving smoothly
• Tech-Savvy Operations:  Navigate our information systems like a pro and operate laboratory equipment (including automation systems) to support our team's success
• Specimen Superhero:  Handle specimen and material pick-up, transportation, and receipt with care and accuracy—because every sample matters
• Customer Service Champion:  Interact with patients, lab staff, and caregivers with genuine professionalism and courtesy—you'll be the friendly face of our lab
• Follow the Playbook:  Execute established procedures consistently while working under regular supervision to ensure quality and compliance

Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Experience in a medical setting, hospital or clinic laboratory preferred.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and human anatomy preferred.
• Candidate with college-level course work in science preferred. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills required.
