Compensation & Incentives Competitive Salary: Compensation range of $83,000 – $95,000, based on experience and clinical expertise. Performance Bonuses: Monthly bonus opportunities, paid quarterly – because strong clinical outcomes should be rewarded. Licensure & Supervision Support: Company‑paid BCBA state licensure renewal and 8‑hour supervision training.
