Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)

MyCHN seeks a BCaBA to manage a team of Behavior Technicians and lead the implementation of individualized treatment plans for children. Key Responsibilities Lead an interdisciplinary team in pediatric clinic locations. Coordinate and evaluate the effectiveness of behavioral assessments and intervention plans. Develop treatment plans and provide ongoing training to clinical staff. Communicate regularly with caregivers to facilitate treatment objectives. Conduct caregiver training to enhance treatment fidelity. Required Skills and Abilities Passion for working with children and familiarity with early intervention. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Detail‑oriented with a process‑driven mindset. Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Education and Experience Master’s degree in ABA or related field. Minimum of one year of experience with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders. BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
