RN - House Supervisor

Bed Placement RN Coordinator

This is a 13-week contract position.

Night shifts, 4x10-hour schedule (20:00 - 06:30), with every other weekend required.

The Bed Placement RN Coordinator will function in the Admit/Transfer Center. This position is focused on managing intake, bed control, and transfers, ensuring effective bed placement processes.

Oversee and coordinate the intake and transfer process.

Manage bed control and ensure appropriate bed placements.

Work closely with the House Supervisor to facilitate patient transitions.

Implement organizational escalation processes for facility needs.

Ensure adherence to emergency preparedness and crisis management protocols.

Must have a current WA RN License.

Minimum of 2 years' experience as a house supervisor or in a transfer center.

Experience with patient care areas including ICU, Emergency Department, and Inpatient Acute Care.

Familiarity with the Epic charting system is required.
