Key Responsibilities Clean and maintain the appearance of the hotel’s public areas, including lobbies, meeting rooms, and other designated spaces Perform deep cleaning of assigned areas to uphold cleanliness standards Set up and maintain complimentary hotel lobby functions, including coffee service and nightly concierge events Prepare and arrange meeting room functions according to specifications Deliver service items to guest rooms upon requests from the front desk Drive shuttle van as needed to transport guests or staff (property-specific requirement) Ensure all public spaces are tidy, organized, and inviting for guests and visitors Skills and Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality, cleaning, or customer service preferred Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (if driving shuttle van) Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays We foster a welcoming and inclusive work environment that values growth, teamwork, and excellence.
