Registered Nurse - Home Health & Hospice

Pride Health is seeking a Home Health Hospice RN for one of our clients in AZ! (Contract)

Coverage: 65 mile radius Flagstaff, AZ

Schedule: Days 8am-4:30pm, On-call (as needed for back-up on call)
Contract: 3-month contract
Pay Rate: $48-53 per hour
Mileage Reimbursement : N/A

Duties and Responsibilities

• RNCM for home health hospice patients
• Symptom management, medication management, personal care, family support, education.
• Dying process
• Admission, symptom follow ups
• PRN visits, recertifications

Requirements and Qualifications

• Current active RN license
• BLS
• HCHB experience is a plus
