We are a busy and growing MRI imaging center seeking a reliable and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This position is the first point of contact for our patients, so we are looking for someone who is friendly, organized, and able to manage a fast-paced medical office environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling and questions
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information
• Register patients and enter accurate information into the electronic medical record (EMR) system
• Maintain patient charts and update records as needed
• Coordinate patient flow to help ensure appointments run smoothly and on time
• Communicate effectively with technologists, staff, and management
• Follow all HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous medical office or front desk experience preferred
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
