Medical Receptionist (Front Office - Concierge-style Practice) Beverly Hills, CA | Full-Time High-end private medical practice seeking a polished, professional Medical Receptionist to manage phones, scheduling, and front office operations. This is a front-of-house role - you are the first impression of our practice. We’re looking for someone who is organized, calm under pressure, and excellent on the phone, with a strong service mindset. Responsibilities include: Answering high-volume calls and scheduling appointments Patient check-in/check-out and front desk flow Insurance verification, copays, and record management Responding to emails and faxes. Requirements: Prior front desk or customer service experience in a medical office setting.
