Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (10:30 AM – 11:00 PM) | On-Call Required: Up to 2 weekend call shifts per month (7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM) | Holiday work required

Key Responsibilities

• Perform both scrub and circulating roles across a wide range of surgical specialties including Trauma, Transplant, Ortho, Neuro, ENT, GU-GYN, and Robotics
• Deliver high-quality perioperative nursing care within a Level I Trauma Center, teaching facility, and Magnet-designated department
• Utilize EPIC for clinical documentation and charting throughout the perioperative process
• Float within scope to meet facility needs across like units as required
• Participate in on-call coverage including weekend shifts as assigned
• Be prepared to support emergency response team assignments during hurricane season (June through November)

Required Qualifications

• Active South Carolina RN license or Multi-State/Compact RN license (SC license must be active prior to start)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Radiation badge required (provided by agency)
• Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room RN experience strongly preferred
• Experience in a Level I Trauma Center environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Scrub experience in the Operating Room strongly preferred
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic health records system
• Experience working in a high-volume, academic, or Magnet-designated facility
