Location:  Englewood, CO  (onsite)
Compensation:  $22 – $32/hr, depending on experience
Schedule:  Full-Time, day shift

What You'll Do

• Fabricate raw materials into finished products that meet our quality standards.
• Read and work from manufacturing drawings.
• Safely operate hand tools and manufacturing equipment.
• Record production data using pitch charts and other tracking tools.
• Flag issues and communicate problems using the Andon process.
• Take part in daily Tier 1 meetings and quality circle discussions.
• Keep an organized, clean work area following Lean manufacturing and 5S principles.
• Work with teammates to hit production goals while continuously improving how we work.
• Follow all company safety procedures, attendance expectations, and workplace policies.

What We're Looking For

You don't need to check every box. If you have solid hand-tool experience and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you — we'll train you on the rest.
Required

• Comfortable and safe using basic hand tools.
• Able to read and interpret manufacturing drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Communicates professionally with coworkers and leadership.

A Plus (but we'll train you)

• Trade background — trim carpentry, millwork, sheet metal, welding, cabinetry, or similar.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles.
• Knowledge of manufacturing safety best practices.
• Experience with the proper use of manufacturing tools and equipment.
• Comfort with Microsoft Teams or similar communication platforms.

Training & Development

Work Environment & Travel

This is an onsite manufacturing role with daily work on the production floor in a fast-paced environment. No travel is required.
