Multiple shifts available. This position will be based remotely in one of the states listed: FL, IL, IN, MO, NC, SC, SD, VA, WI.

What are the Primary Duties and Responsibilities?

• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls, chats, and texts while meeting productivity goals.
• Provide timely, accurate, and professional assistance on all inquiries.
• Document and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Follow escalation procedures and company policies to ensure resolution.
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and client requirements.
• Apply training materials effectively and share knowledge with team members.
• Meet or exceed all performance metrics and KPIs.

• Ability to establish and maintain rapport through effective communication and timely follow-up with customers
• Attention to detail
• Ability to establish priorities and multi-task in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment

• Ability to operate and navigate various technical devices and systems
• Ability to trouble shoot common computer issues

Training Schedule: During the first two weeks of employment, training will be conducted Monday Friday between the hours of 8 am 5 pm CST.

Education and Qualifications: High school or equivalent

Salary: starting at $17.50 depending on experience
