This partner-track opportunity is designed for an attorney with 3–5 years of experience handling defense-side employment litigation and counseling matters within a sophisticated labor & employment practice. The ideal candidate will have substantive experience representing employers in a broad range of employment matters, including litigation, workplace counseling, and risk management issues. Candidates should be comfortable managing cases, drafting motions and pleadings, handling discovery, and advising clients on day‑to‑day employment matters.
