POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to provide leadership and oversight for nursing operations within a long-term care and skilled nursing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a nursing leader with strong clinical, operational, and team management experience.

GUARANTEED HOURS

40 Hours Per Week
Pay Rate: $59.40 - $69.30 per hour

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Must be available to start on or before 21 October 2026 , preferably sooner.
Previous long-term care (LTC) experience strongly preferred.
Prior nursing leadership or management experience preferred.
Opportunity to oversee clinical operations, nursing staff, compliance initiatives, and quality care programs.
Registry personnel must bring a state or federal issued identification to the facility.
A photo badge must be worn at all times while on assignment.
Agency staff must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccination series or provide a documented religious and/or medical exemption from their employer where applicable.
Additional doses must be obtained where required by law.
