Contract – Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | 36 Hours/Week Guaranteed

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scrub technologist duties in a Level One Trauma Center operating room, specializing in Gynecology and Genitourinary procedures
• Assist with a broad range of surgical procedures including Robotics (Da Vinci Xi), PCNLs, Nephrectomies, Ureteral Reimplants, Hysterectomies, Cystectomies, Colpocleisis, Hysteroscopies, and Ureteroscopies
• Provide surgical tech support across a patient population ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics, maintaining a 1:1 patient ratio
• Operate and assist with surgical equipment including Storz, Stryker, Olympus, and Intuitive Robot systems within an Epic EMR environment
• Fulfill call requirements including one overnight trauma call (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) and scheduled specialty team call as applicable
• Adhere to a 1:4 weekend rotation on 12-hour shifts

Required Qualifications

• Active Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of surgical technologist experience; Level One Trauma Center experience required
• Demonstrated competency in robotic-assisted surgery (Da Vinci Xi) and GU/GYN surgical procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment with flexibility and accountability
• Comfortable working with a diverse patient population from pediatrics to geriatrics

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in General Surgery, Orthopedic Trauma, Orthopedic Joints, Neurosurgery, ENT, Pediatrics, Plastics, Dental, or Endovascular procedures
• Strong team-player mindset with demonstrated punctuality and accountability in a high-volume surgical environment
