Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments of clients to identify mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique circumstances.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions grounded in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, to facilitate client progress.

• Engage in ongoing collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure cohesive care and support for clients, while actively participating in case consultations.

• Maintain meticulous record-keeping of clinical notes and treatment plans in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

• Stay current with research developments and emerging practices in mental health through professional development workshops and continuous education opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Gotham Enterprises, you will serve a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, families, and groups. You will work with clients navigating various challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Colorado is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
