Work Environment\n

This role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing our Licensed Mental Health Therapist to conduct assessments and therapy sessions efficiently from their home office. While you will interact with clients virtually, you will remain an integral part of our clinic’s close-knit team through regular consultations and meetings. Our regular business hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, which allows you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify client needs and strengths, developing personalized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each individual's situation.

• Implement various therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to help clients overcome challenges including trauma, anxiety, and depression.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies, ensuring patient privacy and data protection.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and other clinicians, to coordinate care and share insights regarding client progress.

• Participate actively in case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing to the continuous enhancement of care quality and team performance.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with valuable information about mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and community resources.

• Stay informed on new research, methodologies, and best practices within the mental health landscape to continuously improve therapy outcomes for clients.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. Your clientele may include individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Colorado is essential.

• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques with the ability to customize approaches to meet clients' unique needs.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to foster trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a mental health counseling role is required, ideally in an outpatient or community health setting.

• Salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
