Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base consists of individuals, including adolescents and adults, who seek support for a variety of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a therapist, you will play a crucial role in fostering resilience and guiding clients towards healthier coping mechanisms. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s level degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.

• Current and active licensure in the state of New Jersey as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A clean disciplinary record with any licensing board in any jurisdiction.

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting intake assessments and drafting comprehensive treatment plans.

• Proficient writing and documentation skills for session notes and progress reports.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy, particularly to adult populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust compensation structure, our therapists are eligible for a sign-on bonus with their first client.
