Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the severity and nature of clients' mood disorder symptoms, ensuring accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to provide effective treatment for mood disorders.

• Regularly monitor and document clients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on their development and feedback.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records of all sessions and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on clients dealing with mood disorders, such as depression, bipolar disorder, and related anxiety conditions. As a mental health counselor at Rapha, you will work with individuals across various ages and backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited university is required.

• Possession of valid licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LCMFT within the state of Kansas is mandatory.

• Expertise in treatment modalities for mood disorders, with demonstrable experience in CBT and DBT therapies.

• Strong foundational knowledge of psychopharmacology related to mood disorders is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a sign-on bonus to support your transition into our team.
