This remote role allows considerable flexibility while ensuring you still feel the supportive energy of our engaged team. We maintain a robust digital infrastructure to facilitate communication and collaboration among therapists. You will utilize as well some teletherapy platforms, enabling you to deliver high-quality care without geographical barriers. Privately, you may choose to conduct all sessions via secure video conferencing channels. Regular remote meetings and peer supervision sessions aim to enhance your practice and maintain the therapeutic community feel, even from a distance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the mental health needs of each client, utilizing established evaluation tools and methods.

• Create personalized treatment plans that address specific mental health concerns while aligning with clients' goals and preferences.

• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Establish therapeutic alliances with clients and provide ongoing support, monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.

• Maintain detailed and timely clinical documentation following ethical standards and insurance requirements to uphold compliance and quality assurance.

• Participate in team meetings and training sessions designed to enhance therapeutic skills and share best practices within the practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Our clients come from various backgrounds, requiring an approach that respects cultural differences and promotes inclusivity. By understanding each person’s unique circumstances, you will play a pivotal role in guiding them through their challenges and helping them find fulfillment through effective coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• Possess an active and valid mental health license, specifically as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Hold a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills that can foster rapport and trust with clients.

• Demonstrate commitment to personal growth and ethical practice in mental health counseling.
\n
• Possess strong organizational skills to effectively manage a caseload that can range between 15-25 clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and session scheduling.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a mental health setting.
