Work Environment\n

As a member of our therapy team, you will work primarily in a remote setting with the advantage of having the support of an outpatient office environment when necessary. Our team collaborates closely to ensure comprehensive care for our clients, and while the work schedule is generally Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, we understand the need for flexibility to accommodate patient-oriented needs. You will often use telehealth technologies to meet with clients, which promotes accessibility and convenience.

Key Responsibilities\n

Your role as a licensed mental health therapist will include a wide array of tasks focused on patient care:

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the unique needs of each patient and formulate individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.

• Proficient knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment practices.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills coupled with sound judgment regarding professional boundaries.
