Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and establish accurate diagnoses.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient goals and life circumstances.

• Provide individual therapy employing a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques.

• Monitor client progress toward therapeutic goals through regular follow-ups and assessments, making adjustments to treatment as needed.

• Utilize teletherapy platforms effectively to offer accessible services to clients facing transportation or mobility challenges.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to all ethical standards and regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on a diverse patient population that includes individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid state license as either an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD is required.

• Completion of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Strong communication skills, including the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.

• Empathetic and non-judgmental approach to client interactions, fostering trust and rapport with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
