Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform detailed assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, subsequently crafting individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods, adapting various approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to effectively address mental health issues.

• Engage in case collaboration by communicating and coordinating with other professionals within our network, facilitating comprehensive and integrated care for clients.

• Take initiative in providing crisis intervention services, demonstrating your expertise and compassion for clients experiencing acute distress by offering immediate support and techniques for stabilization.

• Participate in community outreach and educational initiatives aimed at raising mental health awareness, contributing to a reduction in stigma, and promoting overall community wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse clientele, including individuals from various ethnicities, cultural backgrounds, and socioeconomic statuses. Qualifications\n

• A current and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) , Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Proven ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with clients, utilizing exceptional interpersonal skills to create trusting therapeutic environments.

• Demonstrated cultural competencies in working with diverse populations, applying sensitivity to the unique circumstances and experiences that shape individuals’ mental health struggles.

• Organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
