Working here you’ll be part of a family that works together to make a difference and enhance the lives of millions worldwide.What You’ll Work OnLead and develop maintenance supervisors and skilled trades personnel across multiple shifts. Foster an engaging, inclusive, and accountable team culture focused on safety, collaboration, continuous improvement and results. Execute preventative maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime. Oversee maintenance activities across production and warehouse operations, ensuring timely and effective execution. Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, equipment performance, and asset utilization. Partner with engineering, operations and quality to drive long-term asset care and reliability strategies for manufacturing equipment and critical site systems. Manage site calibration programs in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. Lead maintenance planning and execution for site shutdowns and major projects. Build strong partnerships with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Safety, and other site functions. Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, GMP, and company standards while maintaining a strong safety-first culture. Manage departmental budgets, control spending, and identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies. Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or another technical discipline. 8+ years of manufacturing experience supporting production operations. 5+ years of people leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to build and develop high-performing teams. Strong knowledge of maintenance systems, equipment reliability, asset management, and manufacturing operations. Preferred QualificationsExperience in a food, nutrition, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing environment.Knowledge of FDA, OSHA, GMP, and other regulatory requirements.Experience implementing reliability-centered maintenance and continuous improvement programs.You’ll be accountable for meeting our compliance standards including FDA, OSHA and Abbott policies and procedures.In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
