Position Summary We are looking for energetic and reliable Barbacks to support bar operations at Benchmark International Arena. In this role you will maintain stocked and organized bar areas, assist bartenders, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and service. Your attention to detail, sense of urgency, and team‑first attitude will directly enhance the fan experience in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. This position offers an hourly rate of $13.25–$13.75 and is tip eligible. The role will remain open until September 25, 2026. Benefits for Part‑Time roles 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching. About The Venue Benchmark International Arena is a premier entertainment venue in Florida, known for its innovative upgrades and unique features such as lightning‑throwing Tesla coils, a 11,000‑sq‑ft Budweiser Biergarten, and a massive digital pipe organ. It serves as the home of the three‑time Stanley Cup champion Tampa Bay Lightning. Responsibilities Stock products for the bar, including non‑alcoholic beverages, alcoholic beverages, icing wells, sweep and mop the bar, collect empty liquor bottles, move kegs in and out of keg coolers, and tap kegs. Draft beer and pour wine for guest orders, run supplies for bartenders, and back up fruit, napkins, cups, utensils, and stirrers. Ensure that bar equipment is operable and clean before the start of the event. Maintain bar and surrounding area cleanliness using sanitation procedures, including mopping floors, cleaning and stacking floor mats, emptying and relining trash cans, and keeping closet areas clear of debris. Recognize visibly intoxicated guests and inform bartenders. Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas. Demonstrate excellent attendance in line with company standards. Perform other duties as necessary, as directed by the assigned supervisors and managers. Qualifications Work effectively in a team‑oriented, fast‑paced, event‑driven environment. Communicate clearly and respectfully with employees, co‑workers, management, and guests. Possess a valid food‑handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required. Calculate basic math functions related to product inventory. Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑volume bar setting is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
