Shift: All Shifts Available

Pay: Up to $17.25/hr based on shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down forklifts and other material handling equipment to transport materials safely throughout the warehouse.
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments to verify accuracy, quality, and condition of materials.
• Unload trucks and move inventory to designated storage or staging areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
• Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners and other warehouse systems.
• Prepare materials for packaging and shipping, ensuring proper labeling, wrapping, and palletizing.
• Use RF scanners to track inventory movements and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including loading outbound trucks and organizing outgoing orders.
• Handle pallets and materials efficiently using pallet jacks and other warehouse tools.
• Follow all safety procedures, warehouse guidelines, and company policies at all times.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, promptly reporting any hazards or equipment issues.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sellersburg, IN.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $17.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
