As a Security Officer Desk Driver in Bothell, WA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal at a professional commercial real estate location as a Front Desk Officer, where you will greet visitors, manage access, monitor activity at the entrance, and support security-related operations through clear communication and strong customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at the front desk by following site-specific procedures and access protocols for a commercial office location.
• Monitor lobby activity, verify identification and/or visitor information, and direct guests to the appropriate destination in accordance with property policies.
• Answer phones, manage sign-in records, and support front desk communications related to daily operations, deliveries, and/or service requests.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Help to deter unauthorized access by maintaining awareness of entry points, reporting concerns, and documenting security-related events in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
