Join Allied Universal as an unarmed driving patrol officer in a busy retail location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will support access control activities, provide outstanding customer service and communication, and contribute to a caring, agile team that values reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity every day. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $24.15 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeSat 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Sun 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service by following site-specific procedures, monitoring for security-related concerns, and supporting emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floor areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter points. Observe customer and visitor activity and report unusual behavior, policy violations, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Assist with access control, monitor high-traffic areas, and help to deter unauthorized activity, theft-related concerns, and/or disruptions through visible presence and routine patrol activity. Minimum Requirements At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client. Must be 21 years of age or older. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
