Talent Acquisition CoordinatorLocation: Lynchburg, Virginia Type: Long-term Contract Contractor Work Model: OnsiteThe Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides operational support through the recruitment and hiring lifecycle. This role partners closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to coordinate activities, interviews and meetings, provide support for systems and documentation, and ensure timely communication and follow-up. It's a dynamic opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering a great candidate experience.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and schedule candidate interviews across multiple calendars, ensuring timely confirmations and clear communication with candidates, recruiters and hiring managersManage complex scheduling logistics including interviews, travel arrangements and virtual platformsSupport planning and execution of recruiting events, job fairs, and university engagement activitiesMaintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Ensure timely communication, follow up and process adherence throughout the recruiting lifecycleIdentify opportunities to streamline scheduling processes and improve candidate experienceQualificationsHigh school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred3-5 years or more of related work experienceDemonstrated experience scheduling interviews across multiple calendarsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteDemonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential informationSystem One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
