Insurance Sales Producer

Are you a natural closer who is tired of spending half your day dealing with billing issues, policy changes, and customer service paperwork?

At our agency, we believe salespeople should spend 100% of their time selling. We have a dedicated support team to handle all renewals, claims, and customer service. Your only job is to prospect, quote, and close New Business Personal Lines (Property & Casualty) .

Because we expect you to hunt, we offer one of the most aggressive new-business commission splits in the industry. We pay out 3% to 5% of the total premium on everything you write. 

What You Will Be Doing (100% Sales)

• Outbound Prospecting: Sourcing your own leads through cold calling, local networking, cross-selling, and building relationships with real estate agents and mortgage brokers.
• Quoting & Closing: Running comprehensive P&C quotes for auto, home, and umbrella policies, overcoming objections, and closing the deal.
• Exceeding Quotas: Consistently hitting monthly written premium goals to maximize your commission tiers and bonus payouts.
• Clean Handoff: Once the policy is bound, you pass the client to our service team. You move directly to the next sale.

What We Are Looking For

• The "Hunter" Mentality: You enjoy the thrill of the chase. Rejection doesn't slow you down; it fuels your next call.
• Proven Track Record: At least 1–2 years of competitive, outbound sales experience (insurance, car sales, cell phone sales, or door-to-door sales are highly valued).
• Licensing: Active Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) lines license is preferred, but we will train and license the right high-performing sales talent.
• Local Network: Familiarity with the Pasadena / Greater Houston market is a massive plus.
