Why you'll love this opportunity: Contract-to-hire with long-term career potential Hybrid work environment promoting work-life balance after conversion Collaborative HR leadership and supportive team culture Opportunity to make a direct impact on the employee experience Stable, growing organization that values continuous improvement and professional development Competitive compensation and the opportunity to transition into a permanent role with a comprehensive benefits package Key Responsibilities: Administer employee benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, FSA, HSA, and retirement plans Manage benefit enrollments, qualifying life events, eligibility reviews, and employee status changes Support leave of absence administration, including FMLA, ADA, and payroll-related benefit processing Partner with Payroll, HR, vendors, and benefit carriers to resolve employee benefit issues Conduct payroll benefit audits, reconciliations, and deduction reviews Assist with open enrollment, employee communications, and benefits education Maintain accurate data within HRIS and benefits administration systems while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations Qualifications: 3–5 years of Benefits Administration, Total Rewards, or Payroll Benefits experience Strong knowledge of employee benefits administration and payroll integrations Experience with ADP, PlanSource, FMLA Source, or similar HRIS/benefits systems preferred Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail Outstanding customer service and communication skills TempExperts is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer #J-18808-Ljbffr
